Our Cash4Clothes operational times run from Monday to Friday under the following dedicated shifts:

• Morning Session: 11am to 2pm
• Daily Staff Break: 2pm to 2.40pm (Closed for 40 minutes)
• Afternoon Session: 2.40pm to 5pm

To preserve textile circularity and ensure items can extend their lifecycles effectively, we apply a strict grading standard. All items must be entirely clean, dry, and completely reusable:

When you book a collection, you will be securely redirected to Clothes2Collect. While Recycle Proline Ltd is our corporate wholesale name, Clothes2Collect is our registered trading name for household collections. It matches the branding printed on the physical collection bags dropped through your letterbox so you always know exactly who is at your door.

Before a collection you will receive a bag 2-3 days before the collection is held. The physical bag dropped off at your address will explicitly state your designated, scheduled collection day for that specific week.

If you prefer to keep your bags inside or leave them in a safe place for the collectors, please ensure to let us know by calling our helpline at 0151 228 5883 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm).

You are welcome to use a plain bag for any additional donations like a black bin liner. If you have more than 10 bags, please call the helpline at 0151 228 5883 so we can ensure our drivers are fully prepared for your collection.

We install clean, secure outdoor collection containers free of charge, managing all ongoing scheduled collections automatically. This acts as a completely hassle-free, passive fundraising stream for your eco-club, school supplies budget, or community groups.

We are completely dedicated to our 100% landfill-diversion commitment for the items we accept. Every piece of clothing collected is meticulously sorted and graded right here on our floor. Reusable items are packed and exported safely to developing economies across global regions, providing affordable clothing access while completely extending the lifecycle of premium products.
