Why Choose a Clothing Bank?
Our Clothing Bank Project was first launched in 2019 with the aim of reducing textile waste and supporting sustainable recycling practices. Unfortunately, the project was temporarily halted due to the challenges posed by COVID-19. However, we're excited to announce that in 2024, we have relaunched the initiative, this time with a renewed focus on partnering with local communities.
By hosting our Clothing Banks, we not only help recycle unwanted clothing but also give back to the community—providing a simple, effective way for individuals and organizations to make a positive environmental impact. Together, we can reduce waste, support charities, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Why Choose a Clothing Bank?
SIZE & CAPACITY
Each Clothing Bank measures 1.2m (L) x 1.2m (W) x 1.85m (H), perfect for small plots of land while providing a large space for clothing collection.
The unit holds approximately 120-150kg of clothing.
DESIGN & SECURITY
Our Clothing Banks are designed with clear labelling to show which items can be donated.
The blue-coloured unit is secure with anti-theft locks, ensuring the safety of your donations.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
We offer free installation of your Clothing Bank at the agreed location. Once installed, we provide ongoing maintenance to ensure that your bank remains secure and functional at no additional cost.
How It Works
STEP 1
Our professional team collects clothing from your bank once a week.
If your Clothing Bank fills up before the scheduled collection, simply call our helpline, and we will empty it within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Once installed, we provide ongoing maintenance to ensure that your bank remains secure and functional at no additional cost.
STEP 2
After each collection, our team will weigh the clothing on-site to determine the total weight of the donations.
This ensures transparency and helps us track your contribution.
We then transport the clothing to our warehouse for further sorting and re-weighing.
STEP 3
You'll earn money based on the weight for every kilogram of good-quality clothing and shoes you collect.
Hosting more banks increases your revenue, making it easy to generate consistent income while supporting sustainability and local communities.

WHAT WE TAKE:
- Clean, gently used clothing;
- Pairs of shoes, boots and sandals;
- Hats, scarves and gloves;
- Bags, backpacks and belts.
WHAT WE DO NOT TAKE:
- Broken/damaged items;
- Dirty clothing;
- Pillows or duvets;
- General rubbish or household waste;
- Metal or sharp objects;
- Hazardous items (e.g., chemicals, batteries, etc.).
